At Imageleet Networks ("Imageleet"), we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for our services. By purchasing services from us, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied with these services within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund. This guarantee applies to new customers and first-time accounts only.

Products Eligible for Refund

Refunds are provided for the following services under the 30-day guarantee:

  • Shared Web Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • FFmpeg Hosting
  • VPS Hosting (New orders only, excludes renewals)

Refunds will be processed for the hosting service fee only. The money-back guarantee is void if you have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

Certain products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals: Once a domain name is registered, it is a non-refundable purchase with the respective domain registry. This includes any free domain registrations provided as part of a hosting package promotion. If you cancel a hosting package that included a free domain, the standard cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Service Renewals: The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal payments for any service.
  • Administrative Fees and Setup Fees: Any administrative fees or fees for custom server or software configurations are non-refundable.
  • Paid Support Services: Fees for one-time support services, server management, or technical assistance are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
  • Software Licenses: Licenses for products like cPanel, LiteSpeed, and others are non-refundable.
  • Product Add-ons: Services such as dedicated IP addresses, SEO tools, and privacy protection are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a cancellation request through our client area and open a support ticket with our billing department. You can do this by logging into your Imageleet account here: https://clients.imageleet.com.

Your refund request must be submitted within the eligible refund period (e.g., within 30 days for hosting services). Please provide a clear reason for your cancellation to help us improve our services.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are not responsible for any delays in posting the credit to your account caused by your bank or payment processor.

Special Conditions

  • Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
  • If your payment was made with a non-refundable method (e.g., certain bank transfers or cryptocurrencies), we may issue the refund as an account credit in your Imageleet client account.
